Policy Changes

Thanks for your interest in policy service and we have multiple ways to assist you for your convenience. We are available to offer you personal, one-on-one help with your insurance needs. Since most policy changes require written requests, completing one of our online service request forms will help provide us with the information needed to get started. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call or e-mail us! Also, Please note that NO changes to your policy or coverage are binding by submitting Online Policy Change Requests. Change requests will only be considered bound upon confirmation from your Broker/Agent.

Certificate Requests

You may use our online form to make certificate requests. Requests must be fully completed and all requests made by 3pm Mon-Thurs and 1pm on Friday will be processed the same day.

Filing a Claim

If you would like to know the impact of a potential claim on your premium, please call or submit your question to us directly via email before filing the claim. Once a claim is called into the insurance company it cannot be removed…even if nothing is paid. If you have a claim that needs to be reported immediately (house fire, car accident with injuries, etc) you can refer to the contact information listed on your insurance card or your policy.
